Smtp.mail.emea.microsoftonline.com için bir web sunucusu çalıştıran W2K server 2003 bir e-posta göndermeye çalışırken aşağıdaki hatayı alıyorum

Herkes neyin yanlış olduğunu ayırt edebiliyor? Ben de php.ini içindeki kümesi şu var:
