Ben bu sorunun doğrudan bir php çözüm bulmak mümkün değildi. I pdftk kullanarak pdf dosyası yüklendi / oluşturulmuş bir kez shell_exec() ikili aramak için kullanarak sona erdi.

Böyle bir sözdizimi kabul eder:

pdftk 'inputfile.pdf' output 'outputfile.pdf' user_pw pass1234 owner_pw pass4321
