PHP form otomatik yanıt

Ben bana verilmiş aşağıdaki php kodu kullanıyorum, bunun dışında otomatik yanıt bitten, iyi çalışıyor. Ben sadece bunu nasıl bilmiyorum ya da neden çalışmıyor kod onun değil bir çok şey biliyorum.
