This is a very general question. "Which is the Best PHP IDE?"
I searched for this question all round and found a lot of answers, some are very old and useless while some talk about different features than from what I am looking for.
So, I am asking this question once more.

I have tried Netbeans, Esclipse, Zend, PHPEd, Html-kit and notepad++ so far in past three years.
Netbeans, Esclipse and Zend are very good, but very very slow. My PC gets dead slow when I try to use them.

PHPEd is good but lacks good HTML WYSIWYG editor. It also lacked support for SVN but now they have added it.
HTML-kit lacks few features and notepad++ is the best editor but not an IDE.

I have been using notepad++ so far and have heard that Dreamweaver, PHP Designer, PHP Edit are other good IDE's that I haven't tested.
But I am not able to select which one would be the best to invest time and money.

What I need is:
- Good html WYSIWYG editor
- Support for Javascript and CSS
- Strong debugger
- Powerful code editor, like notepad++
- In build support for FTP (auto upload will be best)
- Support SVN, CakePHP framework
- Great to have a fast and low on resource IDE (Java based IDE are not good at this point)
